In this role, you will craft delicious drinks, prepare fresh cookies, and provide excellent customer service at both the drive-thru and front counter. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks and cookies with precision and efficiency. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner at the drive-thru, front counter, and on the headset. Ensure accuracy in order taking and payment processing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following opening, closing, and downtime checklists. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Uphold Twisted Sugar's quality and service standards in every interaction. Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable and able to work flexible shifts Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Additional Skills (Preferred): Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. Cash handling and POS system experience.
