, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of

SALES FLOOR ASSOCIATE

at the IFA Country Store in Provo, Utah.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers as they come into the store. Share product knowledge and expertise with customers and ensure that they receive the highest level of customer service. Provide customers with solutions to assist with their needs. Assist customers with their purchases including some parts assembly when needed. Maintain a well-organized and clean area. Effectively present information and respond to questions from customers in an informative, timely and cheerful manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 2-4 years of equivalent customer service or sales experience. Basic knowledge of animal husbandry and farrier products is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills a necessity. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and sales minded. Experience with operating a cash register with additional experience using other computer software and programs. Able to calculate discounts, percentages, and perform basic math functions. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. IFA is an Equal Opportunity Employer
