Job Description

On Target Earnings:
$75,000 - $100,000+ per year Guaranteed base salary starting at $20,000 - $36,000 annually depending on level and performance, plus commissions and performance bonuses. Additional monthly performance incentives of up to $500 per month available for team members who hit production goals. Avail Solar makes solar simple. We help homeowners choose and install custom solar solutions from top providers in the industry. With national buying power and a strong support team, we help customers get the best system for their needs at competitive pricing. As a Residential Appointment Setter, you will work within our marketing team canvassing neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, educating qualified prospects about solar, and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants. Ideal Experience:
Residential canvassing DirectTV, pest control, alarm, or smart home sales Hospitality or service industry experience Solar experience is a plus
