We are hiring Seasonal Fireworks Sales Associates to work June 26 through July 4 at our TNT Fireworks stand in West Valley. Team members will help customers find the perfect fireworks, maintain a clean and organized stand, and create a fun, safe, and energetic shopping experience. This is a fast-paced seasonal position ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with people and are available to work during our busiest sales week of the year. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with selecting fireworks Learn product information and make recommendations Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions Restock inventory and keep displays organized Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment Follow all fireworks safety guidelines and company policies Help with opening and closing procedures Work as part of a team to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service Experience & Qualifications No prior experience required, training provided Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be at least 16 years old Retail, sales, customer service, or cash-handling experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentives Flexible scheduling Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to develop sales and customer service skills Seasonal employment with plenty of hours available during peak sales periods
