Crew Member/Sales Associate

Job Title:

Crew Member/Sales Associate Looking to hire for a 1pm-7pm shift, with rotating weekends!

Job Summary:

Kings Gourmet is seeking several dedicated Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, preparing food and beverages, bagging and labeling popcorn, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the food truck.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages as needing (mostly handled by our cooks)
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas and food truck kitchen.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff (servsafe safe training preferred)
• Assist in stocking inventory and supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service to customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, food service, or retail is preferred
• Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing
• Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is beneficial
• Certification in sanitation practices is advantageous
