This role assists with merchandise handling, restocking, and basic store upkeep, follows company policies and safety standards, and works collaboratively with the team to create a positive shopping experience and support overall store performance. Duties and Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive assistance to create a positive shopping experience. Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to questions and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. Accurately operate the cash register and process transactions in accordance with company procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and checkout area. Restock merchandise and ensure products are neatly displayed, properly priced, and well presented. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs or concerns to management. Assist with sorting, tagging, and placing donated merchandise onto the sales floor as needed. Follow all store policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures. Provide flexible support to team members during peak periods and high-volume times. Answer customer questions regarding products, store policies, and promotions. Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall store operations. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior retail experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable working in a warehouse and retail environment.
