FIXED OPS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs in a friendly, professional manner. Answers phone calls/emails from customers needing appointments or other information Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring efficient flow within the service area Assist with cash handling, cashiering duties, and retail math to process payments accurately Support the delivery of vehicles to customers or external locations Communicate effectively with team members and guests to relay information clearly and promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service waiting area and related workspaces Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable Valid driver's license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles Ability to drive safely within dealership premises Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats Experience in dealership operations or as a delivery driver is preferred Cash handling experience along with retail math proficiency for accurate transactions Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join us as a Fixed Operations Assistant and become an integral part of delivering memorable guest experiences!
