Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of the store. Hourly pay + Commission. No experience required. You can apply in store. Duties Work 5 days a week. Off Sunday and 1 other day during the week. Must work Saturdays Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Help keep showroom clean and orderly Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills Ability to to learn and use basic computer programs Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures. Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively. A proactive approach to learning about products to enhance customer interactions and drive sales.
