Assist with merchandising displays to ensure products are attractive, organized, and easy to browse. Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Process transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods efficiently. Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Skills Proven experience with retail sales, preferably in appliance or electronics environments. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions. Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous for supporting store operations. Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers remotely or over the phone. Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing displays efficiently. Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving skills.
