Club Pilates About the Role Club Pilates is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Part-Time Sales Associate . This is a sales-focused position for individuals who are coachable, confident communicators, and driven by results. Membership sales are a core responsibility. Key Responsibilities Sell memberships and meet individual sales goals Complete daily call, text, and email tasks to leads and members Confidently present pricing and services and handle objections Interface directly with members and prospects in the studio Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment Work independently while collaborating with the team What We're Looking For Strong communication and persuasion skills Goal-driven and comfortable in a performance-based role Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Compensation & Perks Hourly pay ranges from $14 - $17 per hour, plus commission on membership sales Free Pilates classes and retail discounts Why Club Pilates Develop skills for a career in sales, business, or leadership Grow your income while learning skills that last a lifetime Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
