Are you a knowledgeable gamer with a passion for Retro Gaming ? eStarland.com has been serving the gaming community since 1991. We are looking for a Store Associate who isn't just a gamer, but a customer service pro. We need someone who can discuss the difference between an SNES and a Genesis, handle fast-paced retail transactions, and keep our showroom looking world-class.

Please Note:

This is a retail sales position requiring active floor management and customer interaction.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a 30-40 minute max commute of Chantilly, VA (

Schedule:

Must be available for full 8-hour shifts on weekdays and weekends. We are not hiring for "evenings only" or "weekends only" schedules.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is required . (We are not currently hiring high school students).

What We Need From You:

Relevant Retail Experience:

You must have previous experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service . (

Note:

Experience in Security, Childcare, Warehouse, Delivery Driving, or Programming is not considered relevant for this specific role).

Retro Knowledge:

You must be familiar with legacy systems (NES, Sega, PS1/PS2, etc.) and be able to help collectors find what they need.

Professional Polish:

You are the face of the brand. We need excellent verbal communication and a friendly, energetic demeanor.

Operational Focus:

You are organized and capable of multitasking—handling walk-ins, phone calls, and restocking efficiently.

Your Major Duties:

Customer Engagement:

Proactively greeting every customer and guiding them through our massive inventory of retro and modern games.

Order Management:

Efficiently checking out customers.

Showroom Excellence:

Keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
