Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused attitude Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Battery knowledge is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the sales counter Answer and direct phone calls Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations Process sales and orders Maintain a clean and organized work area
