Responsibilities Streamline the intake and preparation of donated goods to ensure high-quality merchandise reaches the sales floor. Optimize product placement and inventory rotation to drive sales and enhance the visual appeal of the store. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across both warehouse and retail zones to ensure a welcoming environment. Facilitate seamless transactions at the point-of-sale system while providing helpful and friendly assistance to every guest. Collaborate with the team to manage the movement of inventory, ensuring heavy items are handled safely and efficiently. Execute daily operational tasks that support store productivity and contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Capacity to remain active, standing and moving throughout the facility for the duration of a shift. Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering quality customer service. Preferred Skills Prior experience in retail, inventory management, or warehouse operations. Experience operating point-of-sale (POS) software or cash handling equipment. Familiarity with safety protocols in a public-facing or industrial environment.
