Last Guard Marketing Group is a sales and development firm looking for an Entry Level Verizon Associate to join our sales team. Richmond is growing, and so is the demand for real internet. You'll help families in the Fan, Short Pump, and Chesterfield switch to the power of Verizon FiOS. The Entry Level Verizon Associate will work in person, listening more than they talk, and offering a solution that actually works. As an Entry Level Verizon Associate, you'll engage with customers to highlight how Verizon FiOS offers the fastest, most reliable internet in Richmond. You'll then explain how symmetrical speeds and Wi-Fi routers ensure strong signals in every room. The Entry Level Verizon Associate's sales expertise will drive sales by providing professional service that highlights the value of Verizon FiOS. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Verizon Associate Reach out to Richmond customers to begin conversations about how Verizon FiOS High‑Speed Fiber Internet outperforms older cable options. Break down the benefits of FiOS symmetrical speeds in everyday language that strengthens clear, honest sales messaging. Present Verizon's home Wi‑Fi solutions that keep the sales process comfortable and non‑technical. Recommend FiOS packages with long‑term price protection, using steady sales guidance to help customers choose predictable monthly costs. Walk customers through FiOS incentives and bundle opportunities, using approachable sales communication to highlight added value. Support customers through enrollment and follow up after installation to complete a smooth, trustworthy sales journey. Qualifications of the Entry Level Verizon Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales or customer support is a plus. Motivated to grow in a role that blends sales and customer support. Positive attitude that keeps sales interactions warm, calm, and respectful. Committed to delivering a smooth FiOS experience from first conversation through installation.
