Fearless Impact Group, a sales and development firm, is seeking a Sales Associate to advocate for Verizon Wireless and Fios in Richmond. You'll engage with customers, highlight the benefits of Verizon's services, and help them see why it's the best choice. The Sales Associate's sales approach will focus on building trust and driving sales of Verizon's products. As a full-time Sales Associate, your training will prepare you to explain why Verizon's network is among the fastest available. You'll have conversations with customers who want the latest technology, explaining why Verizon's service outperforms competitors. The Sales Associate closes sales by offering cutting‑edge connectivity, tracks their sales activity, and confirms they're experiencing the speeds they expected. Core Functions of the Sales Associate Directly start sales conversations with customers to learn about their mobile and home connectivity needs, then introduce how Verizon provides seamless coverage. The Sales Associate will explain phone plans, device options, and fiber internet benefits in simple, everyday language so sales chats are helpful and easy to follow for customers. Help customers find the right mix of wireless and home service by listening to their habits and matching them with practical Verizon solutions during sales discussions. As a Sales Associate you will keep explanations clear and relatable when talking about 5G speed, unlimited data, and whole-home Wi-Fi so the sales process is natural, not overwhelming for customers. Build trust through patient guidance on sign-ups, upgrades, or basic troubleshooting, turning interest into completed sales without pressure. Stay focused on goals that matter, helpful conversations, satisfied customers, and steady sales growth rooted in genuine service as our Sales Associate.
