Job Summary Accurately process ticket transactions using the Ticketmaster ticketing system, including sales, exchanges, and refunds. Ensure proper collection of payment and documentation for all guests attending shows. Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding show schedules, seating options, and ticket availability. Resolve ticketing issues efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with the casino marketing team to manage the distribution and processing of VIP and complimentary casino tickets. Maintain accurate records of all VIP transactions. Troubleshoot and resolve ticketing discrepancies, technical issues, and guest concerns with professionalism and urgency. Create and maintain a positive working environment Troubleshoot all ticketing issues What You Will Need High School Diploma/GED. Entertainment experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work with the public and enjoy customer interactions. Good speaking voice and quick thinking ability. Ability to work as part of a team and get along with co-workers. Flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift. Well-groomed appearance meeting company standards. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Physical ability to maneuver throughout event areas and stand for long periods. Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, and balance when interacting with guests Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
