This position is responsible for taking customer orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Accurately take and enter customer orders into the system. Provide customers with detailed and accurate product information, including availability and pricing. Process payments and handle transactions efficiently. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product selection and recommend additional or alternative items when appropriate. Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and company policies. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications & Requirements Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience with order processing systems preferred. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
