Join Our Team as a Retail Associate at Beauty Outlet! Are you passionate about beauty products and love helping people find their perfect match? Beauty Outlet Hampton, located in Hampton, VA, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team. If you're ready to dive into the world of hair care, skincare, and cosmetics while delivering exceptional customer service, this is the role for you! What You'll Do As a Retail Associate, you'll play a key role in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting customers with product selection. Providing knowledgeable recommendations on hair care, skincare, and beauty products. Operating the cash register and handling transactions accurately. Restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Monitoring inventory and reporting low stock items. Supporting promotions, sales, and in-store displays. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who brings a blend of enthusiasm, reliability, and a passion for beauty. Here's what you'll need to succeed: Must be 21 years of age or older . Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of beauty products (hair, wigs, cosmetics, or skincare is a plus). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Reliable and punctual.
