Job Description

In Chesterfield Connections we are expanding our team, and we're looking for a motivated Client Sales Associate to join us on-site and in-person. This is a full-time, face-to-face sales role built for someone who thrives on direct connection. Following our new partnership with Verizon Wireless, you will be the local face of our brand, meeting with customers daily to deliver consultative solutions and drive real results.
Client Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person sales consultations daily, engaging directly with clients to identify opportunities and provide Verizon wireless solutions as part of a full-time, results-driven sales team. Act as a brand ambassador by delivering professional, ethical, and high-quality client interactions Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, customer interactions, and transactions within CRM systems while ensuring confidentialityDevelop and present tailored product and service solutions aligned with client objectives and sales strategies Collaborate with Client Sales Associate leadership and operations teams to resolve inquiries, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction Execute core sales functions including prospecting, presentations, order processing, and account management while exceeding performance goals Utilize sales tools, CRM platforms, and internal resources to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and remain competitive
Client Sales Associate Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or sales-related certifications preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations preferred Previous experience as a Client Sales Associate strongly desired Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to address client concerns professionally, confidently, and with a solutions-oriented mindset

Full-Time Pay Structure:
Commission-driven; typical weekly earnings range from $900 to $1,300

Sales and promotion of Verizon tech solutions
Operating Hours:
Monday - Saturday (typically 40-50 hours/week)
Locations:
North Chesterfield office headquarters with travel to surrounding regions
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
