Job Description
The Paint Loft is a growing Benjamin Moore paint and coatings retailer serving homeowners, contractors, designers, and commercial clients throughout Loudoun County. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Senior Paint Sales Associate who enjoys working with customers, learning premium paint systems, and growing within a fast-paced business. This is a long-term growth opportunity with potential advancement into assistant management and store leadership roles. Responsibilities Assist customers with paint, stain, and coating selection Tint and mix paint accurately Work with residential and contractor accounts Recommend appropriate paint systems and sundries Help maintain inventory and stock shelves Load/unload paint and materials Keep the store clean, organized, and professional Assist with deliveries and order preparation when needed Support daily store operations and customer service Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of paint store, hardware, contractor supply, or home improvement retail experience preferred Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, PPG, Home Depot Paint, or similar experience is a major plus Construction, painting, or coatings knowledge preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift paint and materials regularly Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities Employee discounts Stable full-time hours Opportunity to grow into assistant manager or store manager positions Work with premium Benjamin Moore products and contractor clientele Schedule Full-time Weekend availability preferred Why Join The Paint Loft?
