Tasting Room Staff

Whether guiding tastings, assisting with sales, or maintaining a clean and inviting environment, you'll play a vital role in showcasing the best of what we have to offer. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide engaging, informative tastings of our wines Assist guests with selecting products based on their preferences and encourage upselling to enhance their experience Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipt processing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tasting room area to ensure a welcoming environment at all times Handle cash register operations with accuracy during busy periods while providing excellent customer service Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events Experience Previous experience is a plus, but we are open to training the person/personality to fit the position and its responsibilities.
