Job Description
Taste of Old Country is looking for a part-time sales associates to support our weekend events consisting of indoor exhibits and farmers markets from June through December. This is weekend work between 12hrs up to 25hrs of paid work per week, depending on the week and events with Manassas, Haymarket and Chantilly being the traveled areas. We provide gas reimbursement. You MUST have a valid driver's license and vehicle to transport a foldable 10x10 tent, tables and product, lifting up to 40lbs.
Sales Associate Responsibilities & Duties:
- Setup, management, and cleanup of our market/event location
- Greet all prospective customers
- Educate clients on products and their benefits (training will be provided)
- Present, sample and sell our products to customers
- Operate square pos system to transact sales, collect cash and process credit cards
- Conduct inventory checks
- Dress professionally w company provided shirts.
