Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about features and benefits Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management Process sales using retail software, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and correctly Maintain knowledge of banking and financial services offerings to inform customer choices Support loan processing activities when applicable, explaining options clearly and accurately Keep the sales area organized, clean, and fully stocked to enhance the shopping experience Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
