Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate specializing in Auto Detailing Supplies! This position will be mostly at our physical storefront in Manassas, Virginia and is not a door to door or commission based sales position however bonuses are given for performance. Duties Engage with customers through warm calling and personalized consultations to understand their auto detailing needs Promote and sell a wide range of auto detailing supplies, including polishes, waxes, brushes, and cleaning agents Manage existing accounts by providing excellent account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups effectively Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that boost product visibility and sales Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend new products or improvements to existing offerings Experience Proven experience in B2C or B2C sales, technical sales, or business development within the automotive or related industries Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools Demonstrated success in account management and developing long-term client relationships Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and technical details Ability to analyze sales data and market insights to inform strategic decisions Experience in marketing or technology sales is a plus, along with leadership qualities that inspire teamwork Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier auto detailing solutions!
