We carry trading card games, board games, RPGs, and accessories, and we take the retail experience seriously. We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused retail associate who brings genuine service skills, a strong work ethic, and the kind of positive energy that makes people feel good about walking into a store. You'll be the first impression for every customer who walks through our doors, and that matters a lot to us. Game knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. What we need is someone who knows how to work a room, handle a transaction with confidence, keep a store looking sharp, and make every customer feel like they came to the right place. The games can be learned. Good retail instincts and a real work ethic are harder to teach. What You'll Do Greet every customer with genuine warmth and give them the kind of service that makes them come back Operate the POS system accurately, transactions, cash handling, credit card processing, returns Help customers find the right product for their needs, confidently upsell where it makes sense, and never pressure anyone Keep the floor and displays clean, organized, and well-stocked Learn our product lineup well enough to answer questions confidently, with support from the team where needed Assist with inventory management, stocking, stock counts, and backroom organization Handle phone and online inquiries professionally and promptly Support events, tournaments, and busy periods with the same energy you bring on a relaxed Tuesday Be the kind of teammate that makes the whole store run better What We're Looking For Prior retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred... you've done this before and you were good at it Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math Strong communicator with customers, with the team, on the phone Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their section of the store Positive attitude and comfortable in a fast-paced, event-driven retail environment Interest in or familiarity with tabletop games, trading card games, or board games is genuinely appreciated, but not a requirement for the right candidate How to Apply submit your resume and upon review, we will contact you for an interview!
