This includes selling tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories while maintaining a welcoming environment for club members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction:

Assisting players with inquiries related to court conditions and availability.

Customer Service:

Greet customers and assist with product selection. Answer questions regarding tennis lessons, court bookings, and club events.

Sales and Retail Operations:

Process transactions (cash, credit, etc.) using the point-of-sale system. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the shop is neat and presentable. Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management. Assist with placing and receiving inventory orders.

Merchandising:

Create attractive product displays to promote sales. Stay informed about new products and trends in tennis gear and apparel. Racquet Stringing (optional): Provide racquet stringing services if certified or trained.
