Whether you're sharing expert advice on health and wellness products or guiding customers through our e-commerce options, your enthusiasm and knowledge will make a real difference. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable health and wellness products to suit their needs. Assist customers with product selection, providing expert advice on our products. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts. Maintain well-stocked shelves through efficient stocking and merchandising practices to enhance the shopping experience. Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, organizing displays, and managing product flow. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions in English. Handle cashiering duties including retail math calculations and cash handling with precision and organizational skills. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions. Strong communication skills in English are essential; multilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging a diverse customer base. Organizational skills for stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation are important for success in this role. Must be 21 years old to apply. Must have reliable transportation .
