Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gifting Associate to join our team at the Edible Arrangements at Janaf in Norfolk. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibility will be to assist guests with their purchases, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. You will also be making our beautiful and delicious products so tasks include cutting fruit, dipping fruit in chocolate, and putting various products together according to specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work independently. Must be 18+. The store hours are Monday to Saturday 8am-7pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. The position is for approximately 15-18 hours per week. Open availability strongly preferred but must be available Saturdays and Sundays as well as afternoons 3pm-7pm. Perfect for online college students, military spouses, or retirees with great energy and computer skills!
