We're currently hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate with weekend and holiday availability to help deliver standout client experiences in a fashion-forward retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a luxury shopping experience—offering exceptional service, sharing deep product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships. You'll work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals, uphold our visual and operational standards, and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident, stylish, and taken care of.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outstanding service to clients Drive sales through client engagement, product recommendations, and sharing product knowledge Develop and maintain brand and product knowledge Recommend products or solutions based on individual needs Achieve high levels of sales performance and results in line with goals Assist in replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock Assist in floor moves, visual merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping Operate POS systems and cash registers, manage financial transactions, balance drawers, and process payments Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in line with company's vision Assist in Loss Prevention Adhere to all store policies and procedures

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Previous retail or sales experience preferred Enthusiastic, engaging, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service Ability to read, write, count, and communicate with store staff and clients Available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays Computer and cash register efficiency, proper cash handling Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room Physical activities including bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, walking, reaching and/or using a step stool on a frequent basis Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
