Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance throughout the shopping experience
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping area, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bilingual skills (English and [Language]) are a plus to assist diverse customer base
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
