Front Morning Crew Member Needed

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and safety. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines for proper food handling. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry or quick service/fast food restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety standards is essential. Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems is beneficial but not required.
