Job Description

As a business development firm, we have created a specialized team of individuals dedicated to delivering high-impact sales solutions to our clients. Their primary focus is to develop effective customer acquisition campaigns, build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with customers, and consistently drive sales metrics while representing some of the nation's leading telecommunications companies. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join us as a full-time Sales Team Member. This position will be engaging directly with customers, addressing concerns, identifying opportunities for sales, and supporting the rest of the sales team with the creation of outreach campaigns. The Sales Team Member is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in sales, develop their customer service skills, and seek an opportunity to grow within a company that values ambition and professional development. The daily responsibilities of the Sales Team Member are: Engage with customers directly, building conversations, and exploring the different products and services we offer and how they can be tailored to suit their telecommunication needs. Identify the opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to customers, informing them of promotions, bundles, and pricing advantages, driving sales and increasing revenue. Provide customers with a positive experience, receive customer feedback, and help create better strategies to enhance the customer service experience. Attend company-wide training sessions to develop product knowledge, enhance sales and customer service techniques, and share best practices with other Sales Team Member. Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions to support customer engagement campaigns. Skills and requirements for the
Sales Team Member:
A high school diploma is preferred for this position. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and strong communication skills to convey information and offer solutions. Basic understanding of the telecommunications industry, technologies, and customer service. Easily build genuine rapport with customers and peers, able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Driven by improvement, self-development, and exceeding sales goals.
