Paid Holiday, Sick and Vacation Time Job Responsibilities:

Work directly with walk-in or telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories. Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously. Assist customers with determination of P&A requirements, lookup of merchandise in catalogues. Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate. Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to Make Things Right. Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers. - Other Duties - As Assigned Job Requirements Experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred but we are eager to train if you have a winning attitude! Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
