Our team specializes in helping customers simplify complex choices and confidently select the services that fit their needs. We're hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Solutions Associate who is driven, people-focused, and ready to grow in a performance-based environment. In this role, you'll be on the front lines - working directly with customers, representing a leading telecom brand, and delivering a seamless experience from first conversation to final activation. Customer Solutions Associate:
Connect with residential and business customers using qualified, lead-generated opportunities Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs through a consultative sales approach Recommend Verizon products and services tailored to each customer Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process Clearly explain plans, features, and pricing to ensure confident decision-making Handle questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency Maintain accurate customer records and sales tracking Participate in ongoing Customer Solutions Associate training and team development sessions Support daily sales objectives while creating positive customer experiences Ideal skills and qualities we're looking for in a Customer Solutions Associate include: Strong communication and relationship-building skills A motivated, competitive mindset with a desire to grow Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Coachable, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic High school diploma required; college degree is a plus!
