Job Description
Job Summary Concrete Creations Mulch and Stone is seeking a skilled loader operator with sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be versatile, as they will be responsible for helping customers identify the products that they need, and loading with Skid Steers/Wheel Loaders, all while being able to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Operate Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts, Tractors, and truck/trailer in a safe and efficient manor Help customers in deciding the materials that they need, and complete the transaction. Assist in Loading trucks for outgoing material deliveries Have a valid drivers license (Class A or B CDL is a plus but not required). Local deliveries in small to medium sized dump trucks are performed often. Work well with others and be a team player. Participate in regular team meetings and adhere to all safety regulations while operating equipment. Be willing to learn new skills and work efficiently. Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and happy working environment. Experience Previous experience with heavy equipment is preferred. Sales experience is necessary. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
