Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Point Break Accessibility Staff for an upcoming event. The role involves ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all attendees, including those with disabilities. Arrival is 6/19. Orientation is 6/19 @ 3PM (Must be available all day) The show will be 6/20-6/21 You will need to commute each day back and forth to site. Accessibility Support Staff Collaborate closely with Guest Services personnel to deliver outstanding customer support. Promote awareness among guests regarding accessible routes, and answer any questions about the festival that may arise. Responsively handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with politeness and helpfulness. Advocate for the significance of accessibility and inclusivity throughout the event. Assist with viewing platforms, checking wristbands and answering guest questions
