Job Description

Do you love helping people, creating memorable customer experiences, and working in a fun, fast-paced environment? The Pampered Bath is looking for enthusiastic, dependable Sales Associates to join our growing team! The Pampered Bath is a handmade, plant-based bath and body boutique known for our colorful bath bombs, artisan soaps, shower steamers, body care products, and our famous pink duck mascot, Pamper.
Responsibilities:
Greet every customer with a warm, friendly attitude Share product knowledge and recommend items based on customer needs Explain current promotions and specials Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately Restock merchandise and maintain store displays Help keep the store clean, organized, and inviting Assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments Support special events, promotions, and seasonal activities
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods Retail experience is a plus, but not required
