We're hiring for a Saturday and Sunday Sales Associate! Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 11-4 Job Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive memorable shopping experiences. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed decisions Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell relevant products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and organizing backstock efficiently Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or taking orders over the phone Support team supervision by supervising new staff or trainees as needed Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Knowledge of grocery store operations and basic inventory management practices Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions Ability to stock shelves efficiently and maintain organized displays using merchandising skills Basic math skills necessary for cashiering, balancing registers, and retail math tasks Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment while independently managing responsibilities This vibrant role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career while delivering outstanding service.
