In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demonstrations, and ensuring a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions Handle cash and manage cash register operations accurately Perform merchandising tasks to maintain appealing product displays Stock shelves and ensure products are organized and accessible Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and sales reporting Experience Previous experience in retail store sales or customer service is preferred Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone Basic computer tasks such as email, printing, and data entry Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Safely lift and move packages as needed Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts as needed Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where your contributions will help create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers!
