Whether helping a seasoned enthusiast or someone new to cannabis, our team is committed to creating a welcoming, informed, and professional experience for every guest. About the Role This is a part-time position with anticipated hours ranging from 20-30 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs. As a Budtender at Red Fox Cannabis, you'll be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and guidance to our guests. You'll help customers find products that fit their needs while maintaining compliance with Washington State cannabis regulations and contributing to a clean, organized, and positive retail environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome every guest with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional approach Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and desired experience Educate guests about strains, product categories, consumption methods, and product effects Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies Follow all Washington State cannabis regulations and company compliance procedures Maintain an organized sales floor and assist with inventory stocking and merchandising Assist with labeling, cleaning, and general store upkeep Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and teammates Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and strong time-management skills What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Outstanding customer service and communication skills Team-first mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive workplace culture Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures Basic math and cash-handling skills (POS experience is a plus) Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and safely use ladders during restocking duties Compensation $19.13 - $19.50 Cash and card tips Benefits & Perks Washington State paid sick leave PTO eligibility after one year Employee discount Product samples Breakroom snacks Why Join Red Fox Cannabis?
