Experience as a Shift Lead or Key Holder required. Open schedule availability required, including opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends and holidays. Job Duties Include:
  • Retail sales, product education, and appropriate business relationship building conversations to capture new business and encourage long-term guest retention
  • Answer guest questions and provide suggestions based on guest needs and interests
  • May work both on the sales floor and at a register, as assigned
  • Keeping the shop clean, organized and stocked at all times
  • Completing accurate and timely cash drops, open/closing duties and shift management duties as assigned
About You:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Supervisory or Shift Lead Work experience in a sales-driven environment (retail, bar, restaurant, etc)
  • Cannabis retail work experience highly preferred
  • Cash handling experience required
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Able to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and nights
  • Can work within strict compliance requirements while keeping a positive attitude Benefits include: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, Holiday Pay, Pension Contribution, This position requires union membership after 90 days of employment.
