As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee team activities, manage inventory, and uphold store standards with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while contributing to a vibrant retail environment that values teamwork, innovation, and community engagement. Duties Lead daily store operations by supervising team members during your shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Manage inventory control, including stocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. Oversee cash handling procedures, cashiering activities, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accurate transactions and financial accountability. Train and develop team members through coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, merchandising standards, and store policies. Qualifications Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or customer service environments with a focus on team leadership and shift management. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and merchandising principles. Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail sales processes. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
