This is not a typical retail position. Our team helps customers identify, source, and solve problems with marine parts and equipment. This role goes beyond typical retail and is best suited for individuals with mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools, parts, or equipment. What You'll Do Help customers identify the right parts and solutions for their boats and equipment Process sales, special orders, and returns Build product knowledge across marine systems and components (training provided) Support day-to-day store operations including stocking and merchandising Work closely with a knowledgeable team to solve customer problems What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (marine, automotive, small engines, etc.) Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers Comfortable using computers and looking up parts or product information Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Bonus if you have: marine or boating experience, auto parts or equipment sales experience, fishing or outdoor background Physical Abilities Must be able to stand for long periods of time and climb ladders, as needed Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 lbs Must be able to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom

Job Details Pay:

$18 to $25 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time (includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays)
