Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
- Recommend additional items or upsell products to maximize sales
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to sell technology products and explain technical features to customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of stock management procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills
