Budtender / Sales Associate - Gold Bar, WA A Greener Today is seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtender to join our Gold Bar team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cannabis, enjoys helping people, and can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while helping customers find the right cannabis products for their needs. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, eager to learn, and able to represent our store with a positive attitude.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older Cannabis knowledge or cannabis industry experience Customer service or retail experience Professional attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule and reliable attendance

Responsibilities Include:

Checking customer IDs and following all compliance requirements Assisting customers with cannabis product questions and recommendations Handling cash and completing transactions accurately Stocking products and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor Answering phones and providing helpful customer support Labeling products and assisting with daily store operations Learning about new cannabis products, brands, and industry trends Providing personable, respectful, and knowledgeable service to every customer
