Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where your passion for wellness and exceptional customer service will shine! Available shifts:
Nights and Weekends. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find suitable products based on their needs and preferences Educate customers on product features, effects, consumption methods, and responsible use through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and rotated for freshness Conduct inventory checks, restock shelves, and assist with stock management to keep the sales floor well-supplied Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or taking orders remotely, ensuring professional communication at all times Skills Previous retail sales experience with supervising or leadership responsibilities preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory management Bilingual skills are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively Excellent communication skills to educate customers clearly and confidently Experience with product demos, merchandising, stocking, and retail math techniques Familiarity with grocery store operations or similar retail environments enhances your adaptability Demonstrated customer service excellence combined with professional phone etiquette and upselling techniques Join us in creating a positive shopping experience that educates, empowers, and delights every customer.
