Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Budtender, where you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers exploring our premium cannabis products. In this energetic role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, educate clients on product offerings, and assist with their purchasing needs in a fast-paced retail environment. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every visitor leaves informed and satisfied. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find products suited to their needs Educate customers about different cannabis strains, consumption methods, and product effects through engaging product demos Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by recommending complementary items and informing customers about ongoing promotions to enhance their experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with merchandising to optimize sales opportunities Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product details clearly and confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and POS operations Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos to engage customers effectively Familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling and promoting products to maximize revenue Join us in creating an inviting space where customers feel confident exploring our products!
