T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information, answer questions, and address customer concerns
• Recommend additional items or upsell products to maximize sales
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to sell technology products and explain technical features to customers
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
• Knowledge of stock management procedures is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills
