As a Customer Experience & Retail Sales Specialist , you'll play a key role in our retail operations, helping customers find the right solutions for their building and renovation needs. What You'll Do:

Consistently deliver an exceptional in-person and over-the-phone customer experience with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships. Support customers in navigating products, pricing, inventory, and promotions Recommend related products to meet customer needs Learn and stay current on building products, tools, materials, and their uses Handle transactions, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and safe merchandising areas Communicate with receiving and yard crews to ensure smooth operations Resolve customer issues with empathy and a focus on long-term satisfaction Represent our brand with pride, professionalism, and care Participate in company training and development opportunities Embrace teamwork and contribute to a strong, service-oriented culture

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (building supply experience a plus) A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for helping people and solving problems Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced roles Basic cash handling and POS experience preferred Ability to lift/move materials as needed and follow safety procedures Why Work With Us?
