As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, and ensuring a well-organized store environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining an inviting store layout. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions and managing inventory. Stay informed about products and any promotions going on. Monitor for theft or fraud and follow store policy. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic cash handling procedures. Have the ability to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
